Horrific bird "display" inside with small birds kept in a fish tank, covered in their own extrement and with little to no space to move. Food was average, and we wouldn't had stayed if we'd seen the birds before we sat down and ate, but would not recommend the restaurant based on this horrible disregard for animal welfare (and likely unhygenic food/kitchen conditions). Please don't visit.

Crab au Gratin + fish cakes were good-next time will have Seafood Platter.
Just had lunch there. The decor is a classic small-town diner feel.On the positive, the crab au gratin was tasty and served in shell. The fish chowder was hearty and flavourful. Both arrived within 15 mins or so. On the negative however, the rest of our food took over an hour to arrive, despite having asked that everything be served out together. Two cheeseburgers, a BLT, a Caesar salad, a breakfast plate, and a seafood platter. They never came to explain the delay (apparently only one cook, someone being trained, we ordered "different foods", not sure what the last comment meant...). Numerous parts of the order were forgotten (hash browns on breakfast plate, water for the table, shrimp on the platter). Burgers were not appetizing (cheese wasn't even melted, minimal toppings and condiments), Caesar salad was iceberg lettuce with ranch dressing and no bacon, BLT was also very light on the bacon.We did mention our issues when the bill came but no accommodation was made. We would have appreciated some acknowledgement but there you are. If you're not in a rush, then go for it, just stick with fish.
Nothing negative to say. Fair prices and decent food.
